Dear Prospective Donor:

The youth in our community is of the up most importance because they are our future. Our program specializes on working with youth, adults with a focus on substance abuse treatment, crime, and gang violence prevention. Our target areas are the communities with high rates of gang activity, prostitution, and drug trafficking. We also visit schools throughout the Sacramento area, consulting with principals, counselors, and teachers, to identify potential crimes that are about to be committed by students in those schools.

The fact is that there are many youth suffering on our streets for a variety of reasons. We want to pull these persons off the streets and show them a world beyond the violence and substance abuse. We are seeking your donation or sponsorship so that we may continue to provide a place where people can come and receive counseling services, career development, and educational assistance that will help them stay on track in life and plan their futures. Our goal is to ensure that every one of our participants, who want to participate in our program, has the opportunity to do so.

In Life Resurrection Center is a certified 501(C)(3), non-profit, faith and community based organization. Our mission is to help our youth to become productive members in the community by keeping them off the streets. We focus on each individual and their specific needs in order to tailor a resolution for their situation. Some of the many programs we offer include domestic violence prevention, parenting classes, and employment services.

Our biggest obstacle is that our current funding strictly prohibits set funds to be used for anything other than substance abuse. We are currently requesting sponsorship and donations to provide services for the other needs of our participants. The ability to provide services to youth and adults who are in need but do not meet the criteria of our current funding would not be possible without donors like you. These funds will be used to assist in providing counselors, educational curriculum, tutors, supplies, and other items that are essential to the operation of a successful program.
